What can the Workmode platform be used for?

Reserve your workspace? Check. Book a meeting room? That's possible too. Curious about the activities of other members? You can read about it on the social page. Interested in upcoming events? You can see them at a glance in the calendar. View your invoices and contract in one place? We’ve got it all covered.

How does it work with the different Workmode locations on the platform?

To keep it organized for you, the platform is organized by location. This applies to booking a workspace, a meeting room, and the social page as well. Can't find something? Make sure you are in the correct location.

I have a fixed workspace, do I also need to book a spot?

If you have a fixed workspace, we have already reserved it for you. So no worries, you don't need to do anything.

How do I book my flexible workspace?

On desktop:

  • Click on the plus sign and go to "Desk reservation".

  • Choose the desired date and location. On the floor plan, you can pick your desk. Then click on ‘book’, and your desk is reserved.

In the app:

  • Select the location where you want to book a workspace.

  • Click on the plus sign, and go to “Book a desk”. Choose the correct date and time. Next, click on “Find desks” and select your preferred deskspace on the floorplan. Select “Book” and you are ready for a productive day at the office. 

Can I work at multiple locations?

Absolutely. On the Workmode Platform, you can easily switch locations and book your workspace wherever you want. This way, you can work in Amsterdam, Groningen, Rotterdam, Apeldoorn, or Utrecht. Let the Community Manager of your location know as well. She will make sure that someone is there to open the door for you that day.

Where can I see all my booked days?

You can find all your future bookings in 'your timeline' and under 'Bookings.'

How do I reserve a meeting room?

Via desktop:

  • Select the location where you want to plan a meeting.

  • Click on the plus sign and go to "Meetingroom reservation."

In the app:

  • Select the location where you want to reserve a meeting room.

  • Click on the plus sign and go to "Book a meeting."

  • Choose the meeting room you want to reserve.

Note: In the Title field you can enter your (company) name or, for example, "Meeting," "Lunch," or similar. You can leave the PO number field empty.

Can I also reserve a meeting room at a different location?

Sure. This works the same as any other booking, but you simply change the location. Let the community manager of that location know that you are coming so she can make sure someone lets you in.

I can't come anymore. Can I cancel my reservation?

No problem. You can cancel your reservation up to 1 hour in advance.

Via desktop:

  • To cancel your workspace, go to ‘Desks’ or ‘Meetings’.  Here you will find an overview of all your reservations. Click on the three dots to the right of your reservation and then select delete.

In the app:

  • Go to ‘Bookings’ Click on the reservation you want to change. Click on the trash can icon in the upper right corner to cancel the workspace.

To modify or cancel your meeting room reservation, go to ‘meetingrooms’. Click on the reservation and then click on "edit."

I am looking for someone with a specific skill set. How can I easily check if we have such a member in the Workmode network?

On your social page, you will find all the members along with their skills and companies. You can easily get in touch by sending a personal message. Want to be found yourself? Make sure your profile is always up to date!

What exactly is the social page in the platform?

Are you launching a new service or product soon? Or are you looking for help from the Workmode Community? Then you can visit the Social Page. This is the place to gather input from the community.

Fun fact: you will only receive notifications from this social page when you are at a Workmode location. This way, you can keep home and work nicely separated, and the social page can be fully utilized!

Please note! This page is divided per location. So if you have a request intended for multiple locations, you can easily switch locations and place the request there as well.

Where can I find the events calendar?

The lunch & learns, Friday afternoon drinks, and business boosts: we have seen it all in the past weeks. Curious about what else is planned? Take a look at 'Events' on your Social page.

How many credits do I have?

As a member, depending on your membership, you have a certain number of credits. 1 day consists of 8 credits. You always reserve your workspace for a full day, so you always use 8 credits.

With an 8-ride pass, you have 8 times 8, which is 64 credits for reserving a workspace per month, and with a Unlimited Fixed and a Unlimited Flexible membership, you have an unlimited number of credits for booking a workspace.

The number of meeting room credits you have is counted per hour. With an 8-ride pass, you have 4 credits per month (or 4 hours per month) for reserving the meeting room, with an Unlimited Flexible membership, you have 8 credits (or 8 hours per month), and with an Unlimited Fixed membership, the number of credits for reserving the meeting room is 12 credits per month (or 12 hours per month).

How long can I use my credits?

You can use your credits per month. At the beginning of a new month, the credits from the previous month expire.

My credits are finished, what to do?

If your credits are all finished, you can see this during your booking and in your account. You can still make a booking and the payment will be included in your new monthly invoice for your membership.

You can easily add a day pass. As a member, you can book your day pass for €46,- excluding VAT instead of the regular rate of €59,- excluding VAT for external parties.

I don't want anyone to see that I booked the meeting room. Can I book anonymously?

That is possible. In your profile, you can adjust your privacy settings and determine, among other things, whether someone can see your name when you have booked a workspace or meeting room.

Can I turn off notifications?

You can change your notification settings via the desktop version. Click on your profile photo (or initials) in the top right corner. Then click on "Profile". Go to "Notification Subscriptions" and click on edit. Then select the notification settings to your preference.
